“When will we demand a more humane, honest, and ethical government? How
will we make our voices heard when the mainstream American media strives
to belittle and undermine any signs of dissent? How do we let the people
in Europe, South and Central America, Afghanistan, and the rest of the
world know not all Americans support our country's foreign policy? The
young people of America are fed up with its country's hollow words and
repulsive actions. We are symbolic of a generation fed up with the racist
bullshit it has been fed.” - Students United For Peace
