A wrongful death suit has just filed by attorney Johnnie Cochran against the LAPD for the killing of actor Anthony Dwain Lee at a Benedict Canyon party last Halloween. The excuse: Lee was holding a toy gun that "looked real." The reality: he was shot in the back. But cops aren't always so trigger happy-when the guy with the gun is another cop, and he's shooting up a storm.
