LOS ANGELES, November 8 – Gay-rights protests continue to spread across California and the US. In Los Angeles as many as 10,000 people protested against the passage of Proposition 8. The protest went on without major incidents except for a few glitches with the organization of the march. In San Francisco more than 15,000 activists and supporters hit the streets to protest passage of an anti-gay marriage bill.
Also in San Diego, 8,000 to 10,000 marched on the streets.
