Journey Through Riverside Police Dept's Internal Affairs: the Hearing
Activists spoke out against the police tactics used during "Retaliatory Monday" at the Commission meeting, but with little effect, as the city of Riverside exonerated an officer who assigned a supervisor to investigate himself, saying that it was legal, justified and proper.
