Jennifer Martin needs help to raise money to file a motion requesting the return of computers and property seized during the 2002 FBI raid on Sherman Austin, a local activist and webmaster of Raise The Fist, an anarchist website. The State of California wants to try him on the same charges as he's been convicted of once. This would normally be considered Double Jeopardy, but there's a loophole.
