The governor’s has again delayed an announcement on his decision on clemency for Tookie Williams. An announcement was expected today at 3:00 PM today but instead it was announced that word from the governor’s office will be put off until sometime on Monday, less than 24 hours before the execution scheduled for midnight Monday night.
