CRITICS RAIL AGAINST SENATE PROMOTION OF GEN. CLARK (tags)
On Tues., Nov. 18, the senate confirmed a promotion of Major General Robert T. Clark to the rank of Lieutenant General, the Army's second highest rank. The senate confirmation drew rancor from the nation’s major Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Organizations, including the National Transgender Advocacy Coalition (NTAC).
