FCC OKs some bad talk on TV sometimes (tags)
Isn't this great! After flushing the 1st Amendment down the toilet for many years the FCC has decided to give a tiny bit of it back to us and let us utter a few dirty words on TV and radio. Whoppie!!! We are free!!! Well maybe?
