We are ordinary citizens whose lives have become swept up into a corruption scandal of historic proportions in San Bernardino County, California. Eighteen public officials and businessmen have been indicted to date by the U. S. Attorney's Office to date, sixteen have pleaded guilty, two criminal cases are pending. We "the citizens" thought we lived in America where we had constitutional rights. We all experienced what we considered to be a violation of our civil rights.
