In 1948 three quarters of a million Palestinian civilians were forced to flee (in fear of their lives) during the Jewish ethnic cleansing of Palestine. Some 400 Palestinian towns and villages were ethnically cleansed. These empty towns and villages were mostly totally destroyed by the Jews/Israelis who dynamited and bulldozed them out of existence.
