Salvadoran Youth to be Deported Even After Due Process Compromised (tags)
A 17 year old youth from El Salvador was detained and tried in immigration court as an adult, where he was not represented (as he should be as a child) and where the judge didn't know to screen him for defenses that children have. Immigration is deporting him tomorrow anyway. Please call DHS to request them not to deport him!
