kpfk resolution legal or attack on volunteers' & protestors' freedom of speech? (tags)
is it legal for the imc to try to prevent their own volunteers (protestors, minors, artisits, citizens, etc.) from exercising their right to speak to anyone they choose or license their individually and jointly copyrighted material to any media outlet a volunteer chooses to associate with? did any of the 'coordinators' think of having nlg or aclu or midnight special take a look at this before imc published plans to curtail their volunteers civil rights?
