“ The more it changes, the more it stays the same.” When Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo announced the merger of the LAKAS-CMD and the KAMPI (the party she organized for her self) as LAKAS-KAMPI-CMD, yesterday, May 28 in Manila Hotel- it reminded us when the dictator Ferdinand Marcos formed the Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL) in 1979 as the administration party during martial law.
