Flood victims in the Philippines need urgent help! (tags)
Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon experienced heavy flooding yesterday after several days of non-stop rains.According to the country's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in this morning's news, 11 were reported dead and 4 others were hurt.
