In this July 13, 2014 article in the Sunday Arizona Republic on page A26 it sounds like Andrew Myers, the director of the Arizona Dispensaries Association wants to keep growing marijuana illegal to the general public so the medical marijuana dispensaries that he represents can have a monopoly on growing and selling marijuana. Which means they will be able to continue selling medical marijuana at the outrageously high price of $300+ an ounce.

Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris is grossly underpaid and can't make it unless he is paid over $200K. To get around a state law that makes it illegal to retire from your current job, collection a pension, and then be rehired back to your current job the Phoenix rulers have come up with this set of smoke and mirrors that allows Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris to be paid $206,000 a year. I would cry myself to sleep every night if I had to make it on a penny less then $200K a year!

If the cops catch the serial killer, shooter, rapist it will probably be a result of luck, not hard work or good police work. That's according to them as Phoenix police Detective Mark Potts said "90 percent of good police work is luck. It's being in the right place at the right time". Plus this serial killer, rapist, shooter is a real jobs program for cops. Det Potts is probably making close to $200K with overtime.
