Federal Judge Virginia A. Mathis dismissed Charles A. Schlund's lawsuit against George W. Bush late last year – without a legitimate reason for doing so. Charles Schlund is going to appeal Judge Mathis' decision. Charles Schlund is a whistleblower and political witness who is being subjected to *high-tech* [i.e. electronic] torture by the U.S. government, in order to prevent him from exposing the *massive* corruption of the Bush administration.
